That Reg/Rec will work, I have a TrailTech Reg/Rec that I am using now. looks and feels more durable than the Ricky Stator unit. You don't HAVE to get a higher output Lighting Coil, but it is recommended.
On my Zilla I am using RS 130W lighting coils(2 on zillas), TrailTech Reg/Rec(available from RockyMountainATV good price), and a Yuasa Gel-Cell battery
hey boss, for #1 solder the wire directly to wire that the ground tag was cut from.
#2 all wires can come directly from battery positive.
#3 disregard that ground picture for now. i have bought 2 different brands of rectifiers and one suggests to NOT ground anything and run it all back to battery negative, and another suggests to run everything to battery negative and then ground it.
I wrote up that diagram before I bought the other one with the directions to NOT ground
sometimes man i got charged €44 on my crank and €70 on my pipe for my ltz , get them to put the value €40 or under and to send as a gift ! drives me nuts lol
