    Ok I checked that black and white wire with the key on to ground and it had was reading open.

    Ok now here's the kicker, I ran threw every electrical check in the manual and it all checked out good. The float was good as well. I have worked on alot of dirt bikes and quads but nothing has ever kicked my butt this bad.

When I have the bike idleing, if the adjustment screw is turned out more then 1 1/2 turns and I give it to much gas it will die, this has happened...

    Thanks for the link and I will be doing that after work. I had the pilot jet out lastnight and everything looks good, it is the stock 32.5 so would I need to move it up or down?

    Ok so I found were the tors was pluged in and I unplugged it completely. Then I ran it and nothing changed. I am going to try the bigger main tomorrow when I get home from work.

    So I will give it a shot with the even larger jets and I am not very experienced with the blasters, I removed the tors assembly and I am not sure what other switches or anything elts there are.     Ok, I removed the tors when I installed the twist throdle and the park brake is still there. I have the needle in the 3rd notch and a 260 jet right now. Someone mentioned a 280? I had to carb apart completley, I rebuilt it and cleaned every passage I could fine. I have not done a plug chop yet.

    So I decided to give it a shot tonight and it is still doing the same thing. The needle is on the 3rd position and the main jet was a 260. So do I move the needle another notch and a bigger main jet???

    Ok here is what I got and I will take any idea's. I have a 97 blaster that is completely stock, other then when I got it it did not have the lid and it had a k and n filter. It is gutless.
