nope, the taper looks fine to me in person, i'd run it in a heartbeat
and theres no key broken in it

also, you can get some valve grinding compound, slap a finger full on your shaft, then push on and rotate the flywheel back and forth till you feel it get tight, that re-reats it to the shaft, clean very good with brake cleaner when done
