i have recently purchased a chain and sprocket kit since my old chain and sprocket are rusted. Can anyone give me the steps to replace the rear sprocket? do i have to take off the two lock nuts on the axle? i appreciate any info. Thanks!

thx guys thats some useful information and what size are those locknuts on the axle? i thought it was 1 7/8 but i think im wrong cuz im having trouble with those locknuts
