How to change sprocket oh 04 blaster?

i have recently purchased a chain and sprocket kit since my old chain and sprocket are rusted. Can anyone give me the steps to replace the rear sprocket? do i have to take off the two lock nuts on the axle? i appreciate any info. Thanks!

No just the rear rim or just take off the whole hub.

Remove the wheel. Get a flathead screw driver and flatten out the metal plates. Grab a 10 or 12mm socket. (can't remember which one.) take bolts out and put new one on.

Remove wheel, take sprocket off of the spoked carrier and slip off end of axle.
