    yo, if that rebuild kit is for your year master that could be the problem, if the caliper was bad you'd see fluid leaking out, if a master goes bad it just wont pump the fluid, so yeah that could be the prob???
    and the tors is supposed to be if your throttle cable breaks or sticks wide open it will shut the bike off, dont know how it tells??? but most guys eliminate it, if someone is too stupid not to hitr the killswitch if the bike sticks wide open, then they should be on a motorized vehicle to begin with

    dude, is this some kinda quiz??? hahahaa, thats a pretty exact question, but i donyt know exactly how many and what sizes, i do know there are ones on almost every bolt for the front suspension, including, the 4 ball joints, 4 tie rod ends, the bottom of the steering stem
    all 4 axle/hub nuts, and the bottom rear shock spring,
    i did see the other day that harbor freight sells a whole kit with bunches of every size in it, for like under $10

    my system i make is complete bolt on, no welding
    it uses a gsxr 1000 caliper, and either a gsxr or banshee master cylinder, and the brackets i make for it to bolt on,
    and you can progressively light sand, keep using finer and finer sandpaper, then use mothers aluminum polish, clean, then armour all the plastics and they'll look good without spraying,
    i think theres a diy on it on here, search for "restoring plastics"

    I have sprayed my frame black, a-arms, and rims, now i'm hoping to get green plastics, but what should i do about swingarm? black or green? i'm doing the axle next, black then the hubs on outside will be green

    I need help with my a-arms, i have stripped out both of my lower a-arm left and right, so i need help finding new or used one that is not stripped out anyone help me?

    no, wash it with a good degreser, wipe it down with paint thinner then just sand it enuf to take the shine off of it, and smooth any nicks out, then wipe down with paint thinner again, then primer, a couple coats will hide more nicks and imperfections, then i did 4 coats of duplicolor red metal fleck from advanced auto, then 4 coats of duplicolor clear, the more coats of clear the better it will last, i think i saw someone mention 8 coats of clear once

    sorry bro, i've been sick as a dog for the last 2 weeks, pnuemonia i think, i even coughed up some blood one day, and its been cold as hell here with no heat inmmy garage, i'm gonna be making some sets this week coming prolly tuesday/wednesday

    Everything that needs to be fabbed up for hydro caliper, so i guess whole mounting kit to be welded and etcc, i got everything, calipers, new brake pad, brake line, master cyl, reservisor

    but, are you still needing all the brackets for that gsxr caliper, if so, i got them all done today, if not someone else will need them, seems i've made that conversion popular, i even see other guys suggesting that caliper,

    hey bro, shoulda picked me up some jigsaw blades while you were at lowes, i broke 2 on sunday tryin to get that bracket cut out, i'm goin there tomorrow and get a few more, so should have it done soon,

    hey dan, will get them done over the weekend, and your order looks good, #4 will be type: A, and i dont know the thread pitch on the banjo bolts, maybe you can write and ask them???? or guess like i'm gonna do, and if wrong use the ones i have now, or take it to a hardware store and see which pitch bolt screws in, i yhink i'll do that, and let ya know

    No, I didn't get banshee part yet, they cancelled my order, so I had to find other one, but same thing banshee, with master cylinder, pedal, revisor, but no line, so i'll have to get line maybe next week when i get money, also you know i got my gsxr 750 caliper, but it came with no pads, so what should i look for? because it is a 2005 gsxr 750, but i don't know if it was rear or front
