I removed the cylinder to repaint it (no paint got in the cylinder) and as i was putting it back on i accidentally bent one ring (it didn't scratch the wall)

No seriously it is very hard even by foot, it has never been this hard.

When i try to turn the engine by hand it is very hard, i replaced the rings as i stuffed one up. When i remove the spark plug it turns over normally. I took out the reed cage and it is still tough to turn. There isn't any scratches or marks on the piston or cylinder, any ideas?

I had my cylinder bored and got a new piston from the same guy (genuine yamaha piston), but the guy didnt tell me how much he bored it by. On the piston it says 50 and on the rings it says t 50, does that mean it was bored 50 over (.050)?

Is it the same grease you use on the a arm grease nipples (fittings)? When i removed the stock rubber boots the grease was grey and thinner unlike the usual brown thick grease.

Ok well I finally around to it and decided to get the parts sandblasted and powder-coated, any way I didn't have much trouble (just tight bolts and nuts). The only thing i can recommend is remove the front wheel hubs first and then the tires and a arms, it quite a b*tch if you don't.

I stripped my blaster and now going to get it sandblasted and powder coated, do i need to remove the bushings and grease fittings from the a arms or will they be fine. Can i reuse the bushings if i remove them?

In a couple of days i want to completely take apart my 04 Blaster and clean it, mostly dirt and oil and rust in a couple of spots (foot rests, tires, grab bar and bumper). Anyway is there anything i need to know or do you guys have any tips from past experiences?
