    I finally made it back on the form wirh more stuff done to my little beast thanks every one for your help i have alot done i bin woeking on it for two long years rebuilt motor wiber rims and tires pro tapwr handle bars new plAstics and much more will be posting some new pics soon hope you like it

    I didn't buy that, that is just the standard 03+ hood. Then i just took out the fenders off and made my own air scoops

    no man i actually didnt. my blaster is all together now so maybe after the summer im going to touch up the frame and do the pegs then. hows that paint holding up for you??

    blaster is running great man, tons of power. next saturday freek and batt are coming to m house to raise some hell, gonna be fun. keep pluggin away at yours man, she'll come together before you know it.

    the only place to order parts from is RJATV.com its a guy and his wife from E2S and he has great prices and SUPER fast shipping. if you need odds and ends like weird bolts or dust caps, i have crap like that. only big parts i have is one brake hub, heel guards and some other stuff.

    Dam that sucks about the backwards piston. When I bought my Blaster I had the same problem. As for you piston being 68mm I am pretty are that is the max bore the stock cylinder can go. To go bigger you will need a big bore kit. I am pretty sure they are 72mm. Or find a good stock bore cylinder I think there is a member or 2 selling them in the market place. Good luck with the rebuild. You should start a rebuild thread.
