there are 2 small stress lines on the exhuast port side of the cylinder and tiny scratches here and there..

sense my piston siezed a couple days ago does this mean i have to bore it out? my friend told me i just need a new top end.... any ideas what i should do to get the blasty running again

yeah i did i just found that 1 stud isnt tighting correctly so i should get that rethreaded and what do you think i should do with the jets, sense the jug is fine should i just get a new top end kit??

i started her up to warm up for a long days riding, first kick turns over sparks and dies, second kick same thing, then the third the kick start siezes???! so i tried to pop start it for the hell of it and it turned over but wont start. now when it kick it the kick start goes down with no effort...

ill take a look at the shocks and gear, is the primary drive and balencer gear hard to time

i have a 2000 blaster which shakes to the point where i cant hold onto the handlebars, engine mounts are good recently rebuilt last spring only 4 hours on rebuild, first topend rebuild bottom was rebuilt also.. any ideas what might be cuaseing it? also when i rev it up the rear shock compresses...

Yesderday i was out riding trails and my bike started rattling and vibrateing to the point i had no control, the front engine mounts cracked completly off the engine any ideas i should do for welds?
