how far do you think i should bore it?

I have a 1998 blaster and i think the piston skirt broke off (thats what pepole on here told me). They said i would probally have to bore it out or buy new cylinder... which way would be cheapest and easier to do?

I Need help was ridin blaster other day and went from 1st to second and it started grinding and cut out on me wouldnt kick start tried drift start and grinded and shut back off... Any ideas on what it could be before i get fully involved with it???
