CT 240 Intake & Reed Spacers

2001 Cr250 intake manifold with 1/2 reed spacer!

This puts the carb at a bad angle. It angles the carb right to the frame!!!

Here are some more pic of the 1987 CR250 intake manifold with 1/2 reed spacer.

The intake manifold with the 1/2 reed spacer does aim the carb high, but with a little muscle you can get it to line up!

Im going to try the 1987 CR250 intake manifold with 1/4 reed spacer. Its the easiest fit, and will give me more room for the bigger 38mm pwk that is on the shelf!

I had the blaster out today for the first time with the CR250 intake and 1/4" reed spacer!

Its almost like doing this magnified my problem!

I have to bumped the throttle before i hammer the throttle to get the front end up!

When i just hammer the throttle i get a weak spot before the power band!

Bronco I know ur on top of things but I'd pit a new plug in and plug chop make sure ur jottings right. My friend had the same problem due to jetting, air mixture adjustment and a bent carb needle
