Ok, where to start. I bought a '91 blaster from some guy for cheap, it was in pretty rough condition but it ran. It was lacking big time in power so I checked compression and it was a 90 psi. So, I figured it would be a good time to tear it down to the frame and go over the whole quad. So, anyway, about a grand later, it doesn't run anymore lol.

When I did the top end, I only honed it, the cylinder walls looked in good shape, and I installed a piston and rings. So, after it was all together, it fired right up and ran good. I did two heat cycles, then two quarter to half throttle sessions around the yard. Then a few days later, it started and stalled after a few seconds, and refused to start again. Two days of kicking and magically it started again. I took it for a quick spin and ran out of fuel. So, I got gas, filled it up, and now it won't start again. Compression is at 100 psi, it's low, but I'm assuming it will go up once it's broke in all the way. Spark is good, as is timing. The plug gets wet, so I'd say I have fuel. Tors was hooked up, but I took it off anyway to eliminate it as a problem, and I premix. Not sure where to look next? 100 psi should be plenty to at least get it started, shouldn't it? I suppose I should have done the motor work before dumping so much in the chassis huh?

They were fine when I had the motor apart, but I will check again. I have v-force 3's enroute to me now anyway. But, wouldn't it be a more consistent prob though if it was reeds?

pretty sure it isn't jetting, I've got about an hour on it before the rebuild, plus run time after, plug read good, maybe a tad rich, and it ran strong (no bogging, hesitating, etc). I've got a dg exhaust (I know, it came on it) and a k+n filter, and +4 timing. Neddle set in the middle, and I think the main is 350? can't remember. Air screw is 1 1/2 turns out. Spark is strong, bluish white. For the tors removal, I unplugged the harness at the carb, and the harness at the other end of that wire, and removed the wire and harness that connects to the throttle control. Did I miss something?
