So i disconnected my tors ffrom blaster after it gave me issues. was told i need a tors elimator kit. will this solve problem and how does it solve problem. and do i need to block off oil from carb and premix?

TORs removal is just disconnecting the wires. Removing the TORs block atop the carb will require some stuff.
Including:
Carb cap

What year is your blaster? You don't "need" a tors eliminator kit. I like them though. You get rid of that big dumb brick on the top of the carb. As far as oil injection I like to remove them. There is nothing wrong with leaving it on. Use the search key for that answer. People say they fail, but I have never seen this happen. Just have to keep the tank full and bleed the system if air gets in it.

J-Jumper wires? I just twisted mine together like the DIY page said... And i just sold it as-is...
Its a 99. The tors are already disconected I was told I needed the eliminator kit which consists of cap idle screw and throttle cable.like you said
Nope no need for eliminated kit. I just went through my whole wiring harness and cut out all the " unused" stuff.
It's not required, bu highly recommended that you remove the TORs block and replace it with the cap...
what do you think the problem would be if tors were removed and its still acting up and not running right.
Ok so blaster would start but only idle so I was told it was tors...i removed tors now it starts and nowwont idle amd bogs out when I give it throttle

2002 i think you said? If thats the case, idk.. I have had 03+ and i had to remove the parking brake switch, but i doubt the older styles had the switch... If it does, disconnect it and leave the wires APART, DO NOT TWIST THEM TOGETHER! Then try starting it. But again idk if pre 03 had the switch...
