Hi guys

Since a year or 2 i have an 2004 yamaha blaster type 2. The first year i drove it stock, and everything was fine. But of course after a while you want more power.
I put an FMF exhaust system on it without jetting. ran just fine and gave it a nice sound, also a little bit more power. Than it broke down because my oil pump broke.
So i bought a new Cilinder and Piston kit and rebuilded the thing. I got it running good again and i started to look at some other mods.
I went for a 35mm Keihin carb with the stock intake (just put a bigger hose over the old intake rubber). Bought an intake manifold that fitted and jetted it and it ran perfectly, power was amazing and it ran great. But i wanted it good without possible airleaks, so i bought a Vito's air intake. From that moment it had less power, so i thought it had something to do with leaking air. Also i had the chance to buy a Vito's big bore and Vforce reeds. But it doesnt run good anymore. Tried jetting it on my own, but i tried every jet from 150 to 168. It looks like it runs better with a 162, but still it really holds in at higher rpm. i premix my gas 32:1. Tried new spark plugs, 3 different ignition coils, airscrew 1.5 2 2.5 3 turns, original reeds, new airfilter, new gas. Can anyone help me with this, season is coming in holland and i really want it to run!
