wtb Wheels OR tires

I am looking to buy either some 9" wheels to fit a Blaster or some better tires for the stock Blaster wheels. I am trying to do this on a budget of $100. Please let me know what you have.

Hey ive got a set of itp tires with about 50% tread left

size 20x11-8 on stock rims

were are you located? im in cali. 95307

ill sell them for 40 bucks

ive had these for a while and came on here to see if i could sell them, im usually on yfztech and yfzcentral
