Won't start

I have a 99 blaster. It was running and now its not. Its getting spark. Carburetor is clean. Has fresh gas but won't start. Could it be the on off switch or something in the wiring harness?

Check compression .pop carb off and shine a flashlight in reed cage to see if reeds are sealing tight to cage.
And are not chipped or broken.
Float hieght good? Getting fuel. To bowl on carb?

How do i check float height? Sorry idk how to do that. And yes it gets gas.

Is it flooding? Any gas in the Bowl?
If you are getting spark then the switch should be good as all it does is ground out ignition
