well it's been about 3 weeks that my blaster won't start. i have gas and air. i have a brand new spark plug. my boot is making good contact. my coil is good. my connections are good. the only thing left are the little black boxes and my magneto. i have a mechanic coming to have a look at it soon!!! I:I but any opinions would be good :)

Well assuming you have a electrical issue you can unplug the black and white wire directly out of the cdi to delete your safety switches. (somebody correct me if thats the wrong wire).

I use to do this to diagnose electrical problems now i just have an extra everything.

As previously said post what you have done otherwise its just taking shots in the dark.

check your compression if its under a 100 you definately need new rings or rebuilt top end depending on conditions check it out to save you some money

no spark, i've checked the coil. and it's good. i've made sure all my connections are together. the only thing i could think of is the magneto/flywheel. so mechanic here i come!

I'd say its either your magneto or a bad ground ... Is your TORS still hooked up ? A bad/malfunctioning TORS would prevent your blaster from starting, a lot of people on the forum unplug their TORS before any problems have a chance to occur

i've unplugged my tors. i'll try disconnecting my safety switch wires. (whit and black) like some one suggested. if that doesn't work. i'm going to bring it to a mechanic
