i have an 05 blaster and just had the whole engine rebuilt by me. i cant get it to run at all i kick and kick and nothin i know that the jug and piston match (.020) on both and it has 130 compression and it has spark but it back fires. The w-key isn't sheared off and i also checked the carb and everything looks ok but it just won't run. Someone please help me

smell theplug after its trying to start it ang if its getting gas then if its smells like gas take of your air filter spray some carbrator fliud in it and see if she fires up if so then shes probabuly getting to much air and not enough gas thats hen you adjust your air togas ratio on yor carb trust me i just rebuild a blown up blaster igot for 200 bucks and thats what i had to do last week to get mine running and now she runs like a champ if you have any questions just pm me because i usually dont go back to the posts
as far as i know it is but even if i put a little gas in the cyl. it still wont even try to fire and the plug is a little dark and wet . should i just get a new plug and try to ajust the air / fuel
yes get a new plug you need a BR8ES NGK plug got one at advanced or ato zone did it smell like gas though if so still get a new one oh and it needs to be gapped at .7 to .8 mm did you try spraying starter flid in the carbrator it should fire right up then its just a matter if air to gas ratio
you know you getting fire.. well check to reeds. kick it with full trot. and spry some staring fluid in it
it has carbon fiber v force and i have tried to kick it full throtle and sprayed starting fluid. i will pick up a plug tomorrow and see how that does thanks guys
see if your reeds are gummed up or something, orjust take your spark plug out re hook itin put it close to the head anywear like a cm apart and kick it just to see if your getting spark

sounds like maybe your reeds might have cracked or aree broken, i had somewhat of the same symptoms, check them over and see if anything is wrong with them.
change your plug and plug cap, the risitor went in mine and i had the motor apart and it was just the plug cap
