wires?? what do they do??

ok so there are a set of wire that come out of the frame of the bike right by the carb on the choke side.. two of them go to the front end of the motor two go to the TORS and four are disconnected and wrapped around the frame.. does anyone know what these wires do?? also that is a stock carb right??

Green/black are oil reservoir sensor, and black/blue is rear tail light. Neither of them are needed that is if you do premix.
