wire help

i knew this wire was connected somewhere and today i just noticed that it just had the connector piece on it with no wires on it, can someone tell me where this goes, and if i need it thanks!

It's tough to say, follow the wire and find out what it leads to , that is the easiest way to find out.

it is the TORS, either hook it back up to the top of the carb(i wouldnt) or cut them and just connect them to each other.
