Will barelly rev

Hey all,

I'm currently having a problem with my 03 blaster. It will start up and idle all day but as soon as I give it throttle it will rev up just the slightest bit and that's it. The throttle cable and needle are all moving freely and cleaned the carb to no avail. Any suggestions? I plan to change out the spark plug tomorrow, I'm just very slim on time and tools at the moment because I'm on vacation with the family, but wheeling was part of the plan... The quad ran perfect 2 weeks ago. Attached is a video to aid in diagnostics:

Well, if you're ever in Mich, go to Macinac Island, nuther T trap, probably costs $50 just to ride the boat there.

Did the Diseny/Sea World thing years ago with kids. Great time, lots of $$$$ blown. Well worth it tho
