oh dude. the shop near me likes to leave the other sleeve in, in some cases if there isnt alot of meat. should have taken it to a shop to get done for 2 reasons, 1, they f*ck up they fix, 2 they know what there doing. i helped with changing a couple sled cylinders and it aint easy.

your also going to need to get your head cut to match the 240 cylinder.

you could a vitos head for i think like $75 already machined for a 240, its the head that comes on their 240 kit
