why does my blaster waste alot of gas?

I got my blaster this sat and it came with a full tank. i rode around a lil and ran out of gas. Sunday i filled my tank up again and ran out tht day and monday i had a full tank, rode around for bout 3 hours and ran out. so im just wondering if there something wrong with it

you might have a carb leak only while rideing, sounds stupid but my nephews bike had that problem.

i can kill a tank of gas in about 4 hours of riding.. i ride hard most of the time wide opewn banging threw the gears.. if your jetted higher than mine im sure you could run out in 3 hours..


start your quad and let it run and look at the carb to see if you see fuel leakin out anywhere

You have a carb leak. Its probably leaks out the bowl.

exactly!! guy i got mine from said he went all day 0n a tank of gas.. well guess i ride to hard then huh??

yea probably,mine drank 6 gallons in 1 day once

really my blaster can go awhile without gas...like a hole day of riding...and we dont put put around either

maybe your float is sticking..

I burn about a gallon per hour of normal riding, so 5 gallons a day is nothing!

you floa bowl height is not set right, check that, see if it is sticking, see if gas is coming out your overflows, mine is pretty good on gas an i ride the sh*t out of it. as you can see in my pic,lol (someone elses fault)
