I just got a used set of Boysen 2 Stage power reeds for $8.00...Ill let you know how they are when I get them installed!
Your talking a night and day differance from boysen to vforce. If you want to spend at least a 100 for a new set than go with the vforce but if yo wanna keep it under say 30-40 and get a pretty good bang for your buck than get boysen. But then again you need to look at what your riding style also. Many differant options such as vitos carbon flex, fiberglass, etc.
im telling you the v-force you will feel a dramatic change from stock, the throttle response is quicker, it allowing more air in the motor, the better the motor breathes the better it will run.
I know everyone loves the VF3, but the boyesen dual stages for ~32 bux are definitely worth the money and give a very noticable power increase for very little money.
I sh*t canned the Boysen two stage reeds for the Vforce III's, it was the BEST! single improvement I made, do it right the first time!
