I have saw that mostly ppl use 14/38 gearing but which is the best for me if i have 240cc kit and fat bastard pipe and i want to get my max about 80mp/h and fast acceleration?

bump the front sprocket up a tooth for a more usable RPM band. especially with a 240 kit, the stock gearing is way too low of a ratio. the added power from teh 240 kit will keep the bottom end power feeling good while you gain more top end with the larger front sprocket. the overall diameter of your rear tires makes a difference as well. the smaller the tire, the slower you will go top end but get there faster.

I RUN A 14/40 with 18 tires and it pulls great 1-4th i think it would be perfect with another 1 or 2 teeth on the rear. i also have 240 stroker. but i would say top speed with my set up is 65-70 mph. it will still break the tires loose in 6th when punched in power band. juss depends on riding style. we ride alot of open terrain and some woods also so 14/40 with 18in tires is decent. i was looking at my 14 tooth and wondering how in the hell a 15 would fit in there??? looks like the chain is awfully close to the case already. if anyrhing i would add a tooth or 2 to rear. but we need to know what size tires u have? carb? i assume ur bike is a "top end" bike. meaning it makes most of the power in the upper rpm range?

ur gonna need 15/38 with 20in. tires to hit 80mph..and one heck of an engine to have a fast accelerating machine.

To fit a 15 you have to do some modifying.
The other option is a sprocket hub that allows you to use Honda rear
sprockets. Then you can go smaller than 38.
