Where should my fuel mixture screw be with advanced timing?

Guy i bought my bike from said it was 3 degrees advanced with stator and 2degrees advanced internally what does this do and where should my fuel mixture screw be setting?

Your airscrew/pilot should be adjusted for highest idle.....
