That's a term I use for cars, not sure if it applies to Blasters/ATV's. Anyway, you all know you can flip the front rims with the stems inward and gain width, that is the "offset". Any cool cheapy tricks like that for the rears? Any other set of wheels (from anything else) have the same bolt pattern and apply to this task?

nut much have the same bolt pattern as a blaster, but there is a solution ,buy some banshee spindle and voiala you got tons of wheels !!! this is wath i dide , the go right-up to your stock axle or aftermarket!!

My rears are wider but I can't tell if it has another axle or what...the rims are bigger too. they are douglas .190s

i think the rear blaster rims are zero offset 5+5 , if you get banshee hubs and then you kan use warrior, raptor, or banshee rear rims, but i think they all are 5+5 zero offset, at least im certain warrior wheels are, my budy has one, raptors might be 4+6 or 6+4

i have different rear wheeles and i have them offset instead of a new axel

I think the raptor axle is actualy the exact same axle as the blaster axle. I'm getting a set of raptor hubs sp I can use a set of 4x115 wheels on my '01

Do you mean the raptor 350 or the raptor 660/700? Cause im pretty sure the raptor 660/700 has a wider axle. I heard the banshee fits, but i think you have to do something with the brakes and sprocket.

what about using another carrier, correct me if im wrong but arent blaster/banshee/warrior carriers all the same?

and also if your any good at welding, which im sure oldfart is, and have access to the tools to make brackets easy, which im pretty sure he also does, you kould custom fit it all if not just bolt it on and them BOOF, wider with better brakes and more sprocket choices

Screw the damn brackets. The fricken axle tensioner sh*t on the Blaster sucks!!! Sorry I mostly ride bikes and this pissed me off. I had to tinker with one of those damn bolts for an hour. The jackass who sold me the Blaster was too lazy to buy a new chain and stripped the sh*t out of the whole mess.

Going to Fab. up a new carrier tension setup (making a swingarm and a-arms, anyway). I'll will post pics. What is the finally say on the width of the Banshee axle? Is it +2 or +4 overall? Also are +3+1 a-arms. . . 3in on both sides? Any Ideas about carrier/tensioner let me know.

P.S. whatever axle you find. It can go into the carrier if you can find the correct BRG's and axle nut to make it fit. Any questions, I work for a machine parts store (different then an auto/bike parts store). We can get anything for any application.

Thanks for the dimensions. When out and bought metal for my carrier idea. Hope to make alum. axle blocks and place the carrier in the swing arm. Cross your fingers!
