What year is this?

Hi every one I need some help Identifying what year this blaster is. The front plastic has black paint flaking off arround the screws and is white under neath. The other side of the rims has yellow showing through, the shocks are yellow. Im told it's an 2002 from my cousins dad. What year do you guys think it is? It's basically free should I pick it up, needs pretty much nothing just a clutch cable and some serious inspection time to perfect it.

its a pre 03 could be from an 88-02 theres a stciky on here with a vin decoder find it type in the vin number and it will tell you what year i would pick it up for sure
