What year did yamaha finish of with the blaster ?

In the states the last year for both 2 strokes, the blaster and banshee, was 2006. The banshee is still available in other countries and it is very possible that the blaster was continued in production until 2008 across "the pond".

they stopped making 2 stroke ATV's in america in 2006 because of air pollution laws. there are no such rules in Ireland

In the USA they stopped production in 06 but over in the UK and stuff they stopped the producuction in 08

I thought they just stopped sales of them in the US, not production in 06. Aren't they manufactured in Japan or some other Asian country? Or was there an assembly plant here to say they were made in the USA?
