what to fill a rez with

I have a rear shock that has a remote rez on it. Id like to take the rez off to clean it up and remount it in a diffrent spot. What do i put inside the shock to refill it? Or do i not put anything in it?

It's not that simple. Shocks need to have an exact amount of shock oil in them and then charged with nitrogen.

dont take it off the shock.

you can take it off the frame, but you yourself cannot remove and re-attach a rezzie.

they are "remote" so you can move them without taking off the shock
