I have a stock carb on my 2000 Blaster. Its at stock bore right now but I'm having a second cylinder bored out to 68.25mm. What size jets and needle clip position?

why are you boring it out to 68.25? cause you have to or cause u want to?, it isnt really gunna add any power, and there is a risk at the cylinder wall being too thin at that bore.

but to answer your question you may want to go up to a 240, needle will be fine

you dont want to bore unless you have to!! and by have to i mean scored cyl walls that need a bore and are beyond honing..

the .025 hp you gain isnt worth it, its not like a v8 where boring it 30-40 60 over will pick up some power, but you have 8 pistons making .25 hp more lol

makin one of them 290s ??? lol j/k shouldnt go that far unless you gota and you say second cylinder so im asuming that your think it will add some power but its not going to be very noticable

No I'm not looking for more power. I bought a bunch of parts for a blaster awhile back. So I have two cylinders to work with. The parts came with a new piston that is 68.25mm. So I'm having the cylinder I bought with the parts bored to 68.25mm. I got a crankcase and a bunch of other parts with it for $30. So Ive decided to use it for awhile. Again I'm not looking to get more power. Do I need to rejet for a piston that is 68.25 compared to the stock size that is in it? My stock cylinder is scored thats why I'm putting this second cylinder on,
