get the 400ex. the yfx is pretty stiff for a larger quad/ larger person. you should look for a kfx400 rear shock. they are the same as the 400ex shocks, but alot cheaper.

i just got mine.. me and Stinkinlincolnw put it in.. instead of drilling out the hole i just used a different bolt.on both ends
