ok i a 01 blaster with .80 over piston a stock head, stock crabs, stage 1 reeds, uni filter , performance cdi, and the hot shots coils,and stock exhaust. what jet kit would be the best for it

welcome to the site! Are you going to be running the airbox lid? I would say if not try a 250 main and do a plug chop to see how that works out. I don't think you need to buy any kit for it just the main jet may need richened up some if you have the stock one in there. Plug chops are going to be the key to what jet is best...
Stock is 230 and probably too small, I would just buy 240 through 270 mains. Panama city = F'n hot and at sea level, no? So I would concur that 250 (or 260) would be a good starting point. Start with the needle clip near the middle or one down from the middle and go from there. You should be able to get it dialed in just with a new main jet and adjusting the air screw (adjusts pilot jet), idle screw, and the needle position.
