So everything on my bike is stock, im gonna put a uni air filter on it and i already have the air box lid off, should i jet at all?

yes i would go up to a 250 main (around about) you will need to look at your plug or do a plug chop. and get yourself some extras that are larger so you can rejet after you get another pipe.. you want another pipe.
Well I was looking at a FMF powercore 2. Is it gonna change that much though. Am I gonna need to re-jet again after that?
yes and it will be a much quicker bike. should be around a 290 with a fmf. depending on a lot of things of course.. altitude, air temp. do you still have the oil injection pump hooked up?
i would go with 250 the way you are now and 290 with the fmf. be sure and adjust the air screw. start 1.5 turns out
