Werid Issue, engine running strange

Hi all, got a weird issue (well weird to me!) any way here is the story. On friday i was riding my blaster and the chain broke usually no big deal but it also broke the casing around the shifter shaft which suxs cause now i was leaking oil! so on Saturday i went to a local atv shop and got a used crankcase side and a new chain. went home pulled the motor replaced the bad case and put everything back together and went to start it and had issues starting. Now this motor would start great every time with in 2 kicks! The issues it has now is its hard starting 5 kicks full choke and i have to give it gas, has no power, back fires and wont rev high at wot. So i did a compressing check 120+, changed plugs, cleaned carb. It acts like its out of time, but since its a 2 stroke and the stator has no adjusting to it i cant see how it is. Now i was thinking maybe the TORS? but im out of things to check. Does anybody have any ideas?

coulod be tors def prolly if that makes any sence

remove your tors wires, then we'll start from there

Ok tried that last night and it didnt change the way it runs! This is kinda pissing me off as im clueless on what is going on with it. This isnt the first 2 stroke motor i have ever worked on.

sounds like the key on the flywheel sheared when the chain broke. pull the flywheel and check out the woodruff key.

you did a compression test, but by any chance did you do a leak down test?

But could the case be sucking in air some where maybe or forgot a hose.
