i know its not a blaster but i know alot of you have experiance with other quads bewsides blasters and carb issues are simmaler on all quads..
here is the situate. .traded blaster for none running warrior from a friend taken his word on the fact it runs just needs a lil work.. took a 4.5 hour road trip today to pick up a rebuilt starter for $20 and also bought a pull start back up for the warrior for $10 as a fail safe..
starter works great except right when you hit it.. this think has some monster compression!! anyways here is the deal.. have acar battery hooked up to it for cranking power right now.. it will crank and crank and crank... at first it would crank and than pop maybe every 15 seconds... played with carb setting and now it will crank and pop ever 2-3 seconds and prob every 4 seconds will get 3 good pops like burp burp burp thn crank and burp ( hope that makes sence).
i pulled the plug and it is SLIGHTLY WET...... would the jets be plugged up some from sittin for almost ayear and only being run 2-3 times in the last year.. one of which was two weeks aago and it ran like hell???
im gonna try again in the morning with a fresh charged battery and if that fails im pulling the carb off and bringing it in the house and taken it apart.. what should i look for? i do have about 15 diff jets for it so should i change out the jet for a fresh one right out of thepackage??
