Hmm... admins.. im a gamer and i have a few people in my community that are computer science majors. I'm sure he can be permanently banned.. my guess is that he like many others has a dynamic ip that changes. Thus making it hard to lay the perma ban hammer..
We have had this issue in our forums as well.. And after by bro fuse looked at the situation.. The people involved were banned and have never been able to return.. i know they have tried through mutual friends.
ANYWAY

They should consider how long people have been a member to become a Mod/admin. I wouldn't mind taking a posistion considering I have been here longer then most.
