on all blaster's are they stamped into the frame or just on the paint???

the VIN is usually stamped in the frame on the same side as the shifter lever.

Permit and plate? Damn...I'm glad I don't have to deal with any of that. Just wear a helmet and stay off public roads and private property...unless you have to ride on it for just a quick second to get to another area. Well, the last part is my own take on the law...but hasn't caused a problem yet.
