VFORCE3 REED Worth It?

People, please convince me why I need this! I am not entirely sure what this does but after reading a little on the forum it looks like it just gives better throttle response. Can someone break it down for me as to what exactly reeds are doing? Is it THAT noticable? That much snappier/better? I WANT MORE POWER! It already feels like it has pretty snappy throttle response. i mean i give it gas and it goes like right away! The only thing I would like would be lower/mid power and if this does that then maybe ill buy one. Anyone have dyno charts with and without reeds installed?
Also, will I have to rejet after installing this?

the reeds just help mostly with better throttle response and timing and it help me even out the power with all the top end from toomey pipe
