So Im installing my Toomey pipe flange into the exhaust pipe gasket. The gasket has been used for about 1 month. I cant get the gasket to fit over the toomey flange. ANy ideas? Ill post up some pics give me a second.

There aren't any gaskets that go over the flange. There is one that goes between the cylinder and the flange that fits in the recess in the cylinder. There is an Orange o-ring that fits inside the pipe and seals it against the flange protrusion.
Wheels yes that gasket between the exhaust and flange the silver ring. I had it with my stock setup.

those "crush gaskets" are one time use only.
once it's crushed, it will not seal properly if used again.
which is why it's distorted to a smaller inside diameter and will not fit over your flange.
time for a new one, as well as every time you pull the flange in the future.

What AWK said. Use the o.e.m. Yamaha gaskets, the cheapo eBay ones don't work, might as well order 2 while you're at it. Also, its a lot easier to install the flange separately and then put the pipe/springs on.
Thanks for the knowledge i didn't know that. Every time i had to take the flange off the gasket came with it.
