heres the story, i sold my 200cc chinese quad to a fella down the road sold it to him on thursday for €400 i bought this a year previous for €1400, i spoke 2 him over the phone and he sed he noticed damage on the bak of the quad and what would i sell it to him for so i dropped €200 off the price (€400)
then the nxt evening he rang and sed the swingarm broke and he wasnt happy, but hes mother and kids wanted to keep it, he told me to think about it and ring him back. i didnt knw wt he really wanted so then the nxt day saturday he txt and sed get over here nw or ring me, so i rang him and had a argument with him and sed he wasnt gettin his money bak because it as ok with me and wat did he expect for 400 compared to the origional price, he sed hed take me to court and hes done it b4! then after argueing a little more i sed id give him money bak!
he then sed he wud ring me bak after he told his mother because she wanted to keep it! so wt the hell was he arguing with me 4??? any way he txt me l8tr on an sed ring me, so i rang him twice no answer txt him twice no reply, he then rang me on sunday at 4 o clock, sed he was at a 21st saturday night! and all he has to do is arrange 2 drop it off!
i heard nothing more until i txt him because i had another buyer who wud buy it the way it is, but i needed it over 2 night or he can keep it because ill have lost the seller! then he rang sed he cant get it over but h'll ring sum other friends and ring me bak this was at 8.55pm its nw 11pm
so do i have to give his money back? iv lost i told him it had to be here 2 night or no money back?
