just got a 01 blaster it runs like a champ but when i let go of the gas it tends to stall but starts right up not sure if the carb needs rebuilding or not. and somtimes when i got the throttle wide open it seems to bog out some what then it clears up n goes.but like i said it runs good other than that a few leaks not nothing i cant fix.

Start with completely cleaning the carb, TOTAL dissassembly!! Set float height, air screw. While you have it apart other than looking for obvious signs of worn/damaged parts, write down what main, pilot jet numbers, clip posistion on needle. Then when you get back with us list ALL mods so we can determin if you have correct jetting. On reassembly, start with air screw at 1 1/2 turns out.
