Conversion kit, forget the name of the company that sued to make them, but they were on denny way in el cajon ca.
Astro conversion, very rare, and ugly.. But cool none the less, they made conversions for everything, there was a 350x conversion for sale a few years back here,
Terrible.... I seen a few before but I just can't get warm and cozy with those. I mean why? With how many people hated quads back in the 80's (and today...) It surprises me so many were mutilated into those abominations. I'm sad to say thats probably why you don't see as many trikes today, there had to be more sold then there is now....
The conversion trikes make me want to punch puppys!!
There is a guy in two rivers? Wi with a 87 kaei tecate trike, and a matching 87 with the astro conversion,.. He was thinkkin about turning it back to a trike but decided to keep the astro kit on it since its a piece of trike history

yes they are!! iv owned more trikes than quads.. and have had wayy more fun on 3 wheels than 4!!

A dude on e2s was doing something along those lines, don't think it ever worked out for him due to time/money. But if you had the drive to do that it would be a blast!!!
I gotta get a trike someday, its been way too long...
