Trail port on a 240 worth it?

Whats goin on guys..im debating buying the Vitos 240 kit,and i know there a pretty good upgrade..but i want even more. Would a Trail port be a good idea also? This is pretty much the set up im thinking of building::

240kit
Trail port
+3 crank
+4 timing advance
vforce-3 Reeds
35mm Flatslide Carb.

Any suggestions or input??

porting the vitos kit would defintely be worth it
i would go with vforce-3 reeds
and i think you would probly need to run race gas with that setup im not sure though

thats one thing i dont want...race gas..lol

you would only have to run race gas if you have high compression(head milled over .035 thousands).

lol yeaa im plannin on havin a lil trail rocket. Yea man we need to get some riding,i just dont like going places whit ppl in white trucks chasing u.lol

Thats almost identical to the setup I just parted out. I would suggest that you go with the v-force reeds and get the head recut. Just tell the builder that you dont want to run race gas and youll be fine. In fact if you dont get the head cut or milled it will probably have compression a little on the low side.

You definately want to get the vito's cylinder ported. There are alot of casting flaws in the ports and without even a trail port, you'd probably be disappointed in the performance of it

well a stock vitos 240 would eat a stock blaster but a ported blaster will beat a stock vitos 240

its all good yo we got friends in high places but you gotta make sure u dont stop and sh*t. ive only seen the trucks once. nastiest trails you ever ridden yo im serious. or we can make a road trip to lost trails PA and get our plastics rattled off by the ruts like my brother lol
