TORS Removal Question

Hey guys i read through all 14 pages of the TORS removal how to, and im still unsure of how to do it on an 03.

Just a note about newer blasters, they don't have a TORS brain. It is built into the entire computer. You just have to disconect the tors at the throttle body and remove the switch at the accelerator and jump the wires together.

This quote is pretty much the only one that makes sense, but im still confused about the term "jumping". What is jumping and what wires do i jump?

Jump is also considered a continous loop. It might be best to take the connection on the carb and cut it off, strip the 2 wires and twist them together then tape them up good. Then re-connect that with the main harness that you unplugged it from from under the seat. This way the system thinks that the tors is still in the loop.
