ok so i have went through and cleaned my carb put what should be close to the right size jet for whats on the quad but anyways the po put on a twist throttle and just cut the two wires the ran to it for the tors system and the rest is still plugged in and all there.. now my problem is that around 1/2 to 3/4 throttle it just has no balls and bogs down so bad and i am woundering if i just unplug the two connectors(the one under the hood and the one at the carb)to see if thats my problem will that work or do i have to cut it all out first? plz any help will be a huge help as its getting stressful to figure it out

List your mods and what jetting you decieded to use.

I bet a penny to a pinch of manure, the problem is fuel related, wrong choice of jets.

besides the jetting issue listed above
yes, unplug all the tors plugs, including the "brain" under the hood

Mods-k&n and a pro circuit silencer
It had a 240 which i assume is stock so i put a 270 in it as i am getting ready to buy a full exhaust for it just havent figured on fmf or dmc but anywho it didnt matter when i put the new jet in and at the same time i also put a new plug in it and fresh gas mixed 32:1(and i did use premium ) i tryed after that to do a plug chop with a new plug and the old one but it just had no balls after 1/2 throttle or so and ive watched a few vids on youtube and to describe the sounds its just like the quads that werent reving at all because of the tors but it always does it around half throttle and idel to 1/2 is all balls and then its like it hits a rev limiter so i guess not so much a bogg as that it just wont rev at all past 1/2 or so throttle
again what was making me think tors is it having the whole system atill there and pluged in but just not have the two wires that goto the throttle

Also as i have to work untill later tonight and wont be able to touch the blater till then is it ok to just unplug those two plugs or do i have to cut and splice the yellow and black together
Thanks

So what I am gathering is that you jetted for the new pipe which you have not got yet.

If it is still stock with no aftermarket pipe, the problem is that the #270 is feeding way to much fuel and stopping it revving out.

Put the originial jet back in there, you cannot jet for a pipe which you have not yet fitted.

I am a DMC Alien man they produce a very good low/mid powerband, and in my opinion are the best sounding left bend pipe made.

No no it did it with the other stock jet so i tried a bigger one thinking it needed something to make up for the k &n and the aftermarket pipe thats already there and its doin the same with both jets sounds the same and rides the same so thats what im asking if it could be the tors
