Top end rebuild not running right.

I did the wesico top end rebuild had my cylinder done and put the motor back together. the rings are installed correctly everything is put back together correctly. Did the motor break in but the quad has no power. i know two strokes like to warm but this thing drives like it never warms up. Theres no kick no real power. Can anyone tell me what i did wrong?

leakdown test? compression reading? what's the plug look like? does it run fine? spits or sputters?

whats your fuel mixed it? any other changes? dirt carb? dirty filter? rings seated properly?

I'm running oil injection, everything was fully cleand before i reassembeld the motor. I have a new plug, new filter, and good spark. The carb is set at stock settings. Would the oil injection have anything to do with this?
