Well i got my cases back together tonight. Installed a new crank and bearings. Need to get the cylinder bored now. Just got my new wiseco
piston. This thing is turning into a money pit for sure. Updates soon.

Update,

Just got the engine together tonight. Hooked up my homemade leak tester and i'm loosing air out the crank case breather. About 1 psi in 30 seconds. Guess i'll have to replace the crank seal. Had a heck of a time getting the new one in there, so it will be hell getting it back out.

Alright guys. Got her all back together.
Just a flash back heres before.

And heres after.

She sounds sooo much better.
New crank, piston, and all seals. Over $ 504.00 in parts. Did everything myself except bore job and crank bearing removal/installation. Was to nervous to go poundin on them myself. Everything else was a fun learning experience.

I just want to say thanks to all that helped answer my questions. I greatly appreciate it.

Now im doing the break-in by the clymer manual. Sounds reasonable.

Oh, and hows she sound now?
