I have a '94 blaster. I just got a b1 and plan to install soon. As far as jetting goes, i got the exhaust off of ebay and it only came with the pipe, silencer and pipe to silencer connecting pipe. So i had to order a dynojet kit for the blaster, it only came witha 200,210,220, 340,350,360,370? main jet. Toomey reccomends 310 ( I dont have one.) I am 1784ft ASL. Have 12 1" holes drilled in my air box cover, K&N air filter. Anyone have any idea what size main jet I should use?

well you shouldnt of ordered the kit cause they are a rip off, you should send it back and go get a jet from your dealer for $5, i would recommend getting the 310

try jetsrus.com, alot cheaper ($2ea ) than the stealership, so you can get a few in the range 290,300,310,320, & 330....if you have a keihin 28mm or OKO 30mm ( same thing ) start in the 140,145,150,155, & 165 these should get you in the range...I used a 145 in my keihin with the toomey setup before selling it...

What do you think about just starting off with the 340, then see what happens. Where im located, it doesnt get to hot. However fairly dry, elevation is 1784ft.
