how do i toe in my front wheels so the bottom off them are faceing out more

I thought camber was if the top of the tire was facing in (towards the frame) or out more than normal and toe in is where the front of the tire is facing right or left from center

As stated above Toe is adjusted using the tie rod ends, and Camber is adjusted using the ball joint ends on aftermarket arms... On stock the camber is not adjustable.
